Will Ronaldo leave Real Madrid for bigger pay out?

Cristiano Ronaldo, one of soccers most exciting players of all time is hinting to sources that he might be leaving his current club Real Madrid for his old club Manchester United. But how does this relate to economics? Well in 2009 Ronaldo left Manchester United for Real Madrid,  he was signed to a 3 year deal worth 59 million dollars which made Ronaldo the highest paid soccer player in the world and in history. Then again in 2012 he signed another 3 year extension woth 62 million dollars breaking his own record for being the highest payed soccer.

As it has been recently reported Ronalde as been talking with his old teammate Gareth Bale, a player for Manchester United. Repotedly these two have been talking about Ronaldo making his return to the Barclays Premire League. But where will Mnachester United be getting atleast 54 million-60 million dollars to afford his high price tag?

The reasons of how Ronaldo will be taken on to the is reported to be that after this season Ramadel Falcao will not be picked up for a transfer from the loan from AS Monaco. Also that Wayne Rooney and Robin Van Persie will have to take pay cuts if they want CR7 to joing their squad. But transfering striker Danny Wellbeck to Arsenal FC freed up alof of slary cap for Manchester United.

In the end I loved reading about this article since Real Madrid and Manchester United are my two favorite teams in soccer. Also that I found it interesting how much Cristiano Ronaldo made. It's a crazy ammount.

  1. I truly believe that Christiano Ronaldo will stay at Real Madrid. He has stated time and time again that he feels at home there and he cannot imagine being anywhere else.
