Should KD leave Nike for Under Armour?

According to Forbes Magazine Nike will match the huge 10 year, $265-$285 million offer for the sponsorship rights to Kevin Durant. They matched this offer that was made by Under Armour earlier this month. KD has not made his decison yet, but when he does im sure it will be a big one.

Durant has been with Nike for the past seven years, during that time KD has made over $60 million. That is 4th most by any Nike sponsored athlete. he is behind Christano Ronaldo (3rd) , Kobe Bryant (2nd), Lebron James (1st).

After reading the article and taking in te all the facts, it seeems that Nike will  most likely keep the MVP on their side of things. But Under Armour did have some very convincing things in their offer. I ultimately believe that KD will stay with Nike because of the "Hype" that Nike brings to sports and its players and products.

  1. I do not think K.D. would leave Nike. Nike brought in $175 million in shoes sales in 2013 alone, and Nike will match match any offer Under Armour will dish-out. Either way, K.D. is rich and will stay rich since he is one of the best players in the NBA today; therefore, it does not matter what Kevin chooses.

  2. I think that K.D. would be better staying with Nike, it would be beneficial to both parties.
